Welcome to Michele Taylor Fitness

I believe focusing on our healthy and fitness will help us gain strength not only physically but mentally as well. I also believe life’s circumstances and obstacles are not the defining factor in how our lives will always be; our circumstances and obstacles do not need to be our excuses.
Through accountability, support, and creating goals I help people overcome those obstacles and fight for that inner strength that will carry them forward starting with being healthy and fit. I am passionate about helping those that are fighting to make that change and throw out the excuses; showing them they overcome anything  with hard work and consistency. And by replacing I can’t, I should, I wish with I CAN, I WILL, I MUST then they empower themselves to change. My goal is to help others find their inner strength to push forward and not limit themselves and what they can accomplish.

Fitness isn’t just a 30, 60, 90 days program, fitness is a way of life and a lifestyle that needs to be embraced. My VIP 365 Program will take you step by step, month after month through your fitness journey. I will right there with you for every step. I will give you the tools you need; fitness, nutrition, and support to get started and to reach your goals. You NEVER have to do this alone but you do have to START!


My Free Group

My free group is a great starting point to begin your healthy journey. I will give you tools you need to get started and on your way to a better, healthier life. Although this is geared toward beginners, anyone is welcome to join.
